Vivid.. Looks great and leads me to the question are there multi coloured roses like that naturally, or is this digital deception?

They arnt natural. It's a trick to use color water to absorb the white flower and the petals will show that color. It's norm in floral industry. called rainbow roses

yes it is still, I've seen it first time on last Mothers day and followed by Valentines day. It capture the market well. Usually the colored flowers look artificial and some refuse it but some appreciate it.You know people have different taste and knowledge, But in this case they were excellent product by our dutch supplier and was popular.
